Hello Fall!

Happy First Day of Fall! :)

Well, it has actually felt like fall today! It has been rainy on and off and only like 60 degrees and very breezy! WOW! For Texas that is amazing this time of year...I think it was still like 85 last year in October! Anyway, it does feel like fall offically now, so my apartment is semi decorated for this event! (I am sure I will find more stuff this weekend when I visit my parents! My mom also has the best decorations!!!) But here is what we have so far....

Wildlife!

So tonight, my roommate and I were coming back from eating dinner and we saw these animals right across from our apartment!!!!! So I of course always being prepared whipped out my camera and began to take pictures! :)

Some of them are kinda dark because the sun was setting!!! ENJOY! :)

Lord Jesus,

YOU are so good! Thank you for loving us, Father. Thank you for the freedom in which we have to worship you freely and openly. I lift before you people all over the world that do not have this freedom and that can't openly proclaim Your Name. Father, I ask for favor for them and that You would protect them. I lift up missionaries all of the world proclaiming Your Name to people who have never heard. Be near, Father. Give them strength, energy and comfort. Use them, Lord to make much of Your Name! Guide them in Your truth and uphold them with Your grace.

Father, I long for the day of Revelation 7:9 when every tribe, tongue and nation will be gathered around Your throne!!!!! Use us Lord to help reach this day. Thank you that You can use anyone as long as they are willing. Make Yourself famous among the nations! May You receive all of the glory, honor and praise! AMEN!

New President

Yesterday was the Presidential Inauguration of the University of Mary-Hardin Baylor's 22nd President! This is a very special day for the campus and a neat event to attend! All students were encouraged to attend and it was said that this is a rare event and probably next time this happens our children could be attending UMHB! Craziness! :)

I had a great retreat yesterday! :) It was nice to see friends and get excited about missionaries coming soon!

Probably my favorite was praying for people around the world and lifting them before the Father! A great quote from the evening was...

"You cannot spell the word GOspel or GOd without first spelling GO!"

This is just a perfect reminder that we are to GO and tell other about His name! How will they know unless they are told?

Today I have a retreat for MEW (Missions Emphasis Week) so will be gone most of the day! :) Tomorrow I will post pictures of the Presidential Inauguration at UMHB from this morning!

2{point}2 BILLION!

For the past two years, I have attended a Bible study on Sunday nights with a great couple and a group of about 12-15 college students that are mission minded people! This is my third year and I get so some out of each week! I look forward to this study all week and can't wait for it! It is encouraging to be around people who care about people and making the name of JESUS famous!

Tonight, my heart is heavy still from what we talked about Sunday! We meet some great people who are going to be on the mission field in November to minister to Muslim people! What a blessing they were!!!!! They are completely surrendered to His will and in tune with His plan!

We also talked about {and have previously} about the number of people who do not know the name of Jesus. 2.2 BILLION people do not know His name. They are unreached to the Gospel. They have no hope. They are lost without their Creator!

My heart aches.

This map depicts our world. The red and yellow need to hear of the Savior's undying love and be exposed to His amazing grace.

Tonight, I am praying for these people. May the Father of the universe equip servants to proclaim His name to the lost and dying. May the name of Jesus be made famous. May our gracious Redeemer have favor upon these people. May Jesus be glorified.

Wonderful (Not Wordless) Wednesday!!!

Today too much has gone on to be a "Wordless Wednesday!" HA!

Here is my official acceptance letter in the College of Education! I received this a couple of days ago just forgot to post it until now! This is an exciting step and now I only have to qualify for Student Teaching to officially be able to GRADUATE!!!! :)

It says ACCEPTED with a purple circle around it! :)

Today in first grade some of the interns helped the students create a flag! It was huge! I loved it so much I took pictures!

No major issues! We all remained clean! Praise the Lord!!

{Every child in first grade did this! So 5 classes times about 20 kiddos each is about 100!!}

100!

Today marks only 100 DAYS until Christmas!!!

WOW! It doesn't seem like 257 days have already gone by in this year! Where does the time go? I have no clue! I am excited to soon pull out ALL of my Christmas decorations.
